Good to know before you write

Most questions are about which portion to start with, how the food preference works, and which days the box comes.

The plan pages already list contents, calorie ranges and prices, so a quick look there may answer you sooner.

Can you suggest a plan for my medical condition?

No. We describe our food; a doctor or registered dietitian is the right person to advise on a condition or medication.

Can I mention an allergy?

Yes — name the ingredient you avoid. You do not need to explain why or share any medical details.

Do you deliver outside Mumbai?

Our kitchen works for Mumbai. Write your area and we will tell you whether it is on our routes.

What if something urgent happens after a meal?

For a severe reaction or any emergency, call 112 straight away rather than writing to us.

A note on food and health

Yomicon prepares everyday meals with a stated calorie range, and the texts on this site are general information about balanced eating and portion awareness. We describe what is in a box, how plans are delivered and what you can choose. Our meals do not diagnose, treat or replace care for diabetes, thyroid conditions, kidney disease, eating disorders or any other condition. Weight, energy and wellbeing depend on many things, and no meal plan can promise a particular result. If you have a health condition, take medication, are pregnant or notice changes that worry you, talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian first.
